These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by MarTech5 d.o.o. ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") including our website, applications, and other products and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Termination

6.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Services and delete any downloaded or printed materials obtained from the Services.

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
